Senior Project Manager, Head Start

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Head Start Monitoring Content & Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of monitoring protocol development and data analysis
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
• Collaborate with federal clients, partner contractors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 7-9 years of relevant experience (with a bachelor's) or 5-7 years (with a master's) in project management or federal program support
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects related to Head Start or Early Head Start programs
• Prior involvement in federal monitoring processes, particularly with the Office of Head Start (OHS), is strongly preferred
