Senior Project Manager - Health Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager in the health insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level, cross-functional projects from inception to implementation within a health insurance organization
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and facilitate project meetings to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and documentation throughout the project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in a medical health care (insurance) organization
• Proven success in managing multiple project implementations in various operational areas within health insurance
• Experience with Health Rules Payor and Guiding Care systems, as well as Medicare Advantage and ACA products
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Belt certification preferred
