Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact initiatives, the remote Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Integrations will manage a multi-year artificial intelligence and automation project, overseeing the clinical application lifecycle and coordinating vendor engagements across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Leads large-scale projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines
• Collaborates with technical teams on infrastructure tasks and manages project budgets and change control processes
• Acts as the primary liaison for project updates, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficient in project portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
