Senior Project Manager, Imaging

Job Summary

Leading the execution of high-impact initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager, Imaging will manage a multi-year diagnostic imaging upgrade, oversee implementation, and coordinate vendor engagements across multiple facilities while ensuring project outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure
• Collaborates with business units to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Serves as the primary liaison for project updates, communicating progress and risks to sponsors and senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in managing healthcare projects and vendor collaboration
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project portfolios
