Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences
Job Summary
To support a growing practice in health and life sciences market research, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences will manage end-to-end project logistics, vendor relationships, and strategic recommendations while working remotely within the US.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project initiation, ensuring accurate design and pricing through collaboration with Insights & Consulting and Sales teams
- Act as the client-facing lead for all sample and logistics matters, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget, while solving any issues that arise
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in complex life sciences research at a full-service market research agency
- Proven experience in client relationship management with 3+ years in a client-facing role
- Experience managing market research projects specific to healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
- Advanced proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
