Job Summary
Managing complex life sciences research projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences will oversee project logistics, maintain vendor relationships, and provide strategic recommendations while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Insights & Consulting and Sales teams on project bids and cost estimates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Initiate projects with internal systems and coordinate resources to support on-time and on-budget deliverables
- Serve as the client-facing lead for sample and logistics, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in complex life sciences research at a full-service market research agency
- 3+ years in a client-facing role with strong relationship management skills
- Experience managing healthcare, pharma, or life sciences market research projects
- Advanced proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
