Senior Project Manager - M&A Integration

Job Summary

Leading the IT integration track for cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager - M&A Integration will manage the end-to-end integration of newly acquired companies into Infoblox, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT integration across acquired entities, ensuring system changes and dependencies are effectively managed
• Analyze and document current state processes, mapping them to IT systems and data flows while identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, manage integration risks, and create communication plans that support adoption of new processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration or large-scale process transformation
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream projects across various business functions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred
