Senior Project Manager - Medicare Advantage

Job Summary

Driving high-priority initiatives across the Medicare Advantage product portfolio, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex projects in a regulated healthcare environment, coordinating with clinical, compliance, finance, and operations teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously track deadlines across CMS filing calendars, state regulatory windows, and vendor implementation timelines
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into clear updates for internal and external partners, including CMS
• Run effective working sessions, drive decisions, and document outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related area
• 5 to 8+ years of project management experience
• Direct experience managing CMS applications and submissions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience managing state regulatory filings and Department of Insurance applications
