Senior Project Manager - Molecular

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientific Project Manager - Molecular.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of bioanalytical assays and manage ex vivo bioanalytical projects
• Coordinate with CROs and internal teams to develop and validate assays for RNA-based therapeutics
• Oversee project performance, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with GLP documentation and records

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field, with a focus on RNA biology preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bioanalytical assay development for RNA therapeutics
• Alternatively, MS or BS/BA with at least 10 years of relevant experience will be considered
• Proven experience in managing collaborations with CROs and internal teams
• Deep experience in bioanalysis of tissues from rodent and NHP models
