Job Summary

Leading mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, NY Licensed, will provide technical expertise, manage client relationships, and guide regulatory compliance in Albany, NY, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project execution from setup to closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and manage project planning, safety analysis, and budgeting
• Develop project strategies that align with client objectives and maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Navigate public processes and represent clients in agency meetings while managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in site investigation, project permitting, and environmental compliance
• Strong technical and business development background with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret environmental regulations and deliver high-quality work using critical thinking
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build collaborative relationships
