Senior Project Manager, Packaging

Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing team, the contract Senior Project Manager, Packaging will manage the development and execution of packaging and marketing projects remotely, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage packaging, labeling, and marketing projects from concept through final production, ensuring quality and design integrity
• Establish and scale cross-functional project management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across various departments
• Develop standardized workflows and documentation to support a growing portfolio of packaging initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10+ years of project management experience in packaging, creative operations, or integrated marketing within a CPG environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of packaging design workflows, artwork management, and print production processes
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Wrike, and experience in quality management tools like ETQ
• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling project management processes across cross-functional teams in a high-growth organization
