Key Responsibilities

Lead HR systems onboarding and integrations following an acquisition
Integrate HRIS and time-tracking systems with a Salesforce-based Work Order Management system
Collaborate with internal specialists to design compliant solutions while maintaining business-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

10+ years of ERP implementation experience with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft HR, UKG, ADP)
8+ years of Project Management experience
Experience integrating HRIS & time-tracking with Salesforce or a Work Order Management system
Proven experience supporting enterprise HR transformations and integrations
Bachelor's degree required
