Job Summary

Managing multiple large-scale pharmaceutical projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Pharma will oversee project workflows, collaborate with agency teams, and ensure timely delivery while working remotely on a fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, forecast work, and allocate resources
• Act as a liaison between agency team members and partners, ensuring effective communication and project status updates
• Manage project timelines and budgets, providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
• Strong experience with PC and MS Office Suite software
