Job Summary

Managing multiple large-scale projects within a pharmaceutical advertising agency, the full-time Senior Project Manager (Pharma) will oversee project workflows, collaborate with various agency teams, and ensure projects remain on time and within budget in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans and allocate resources effectively
• Act as the communication hub between agency members and partners, providing continuous status updates
• Manage project timelines and budgets, flagging concerns early to ensure project efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
• Strong experience with PC and MS Office Suite software
