A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of product development programs according to established processes
• Motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within defined timelines
• Develop detailed project work plans, manage product requirements, and facilitate project team meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years managing technical product development experience required
• Experience with medical device capital equipment development required
• 10+ years of experience as an engineer developing products, preferably in the medical device industry
• Experience working within a phase-gate development process required
