Senior Project Manager, Reporting

Job Summary

Partnering across integrated business planning and project controls, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Reporting will develop standardized capital reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver standardized capital reporting that reflects true performance drivers and operational realities
• Perform cross-system reconciliation and investigate discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inputs, business rules, and reporting logic while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5 or more years of professional experience with commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy or similar systems
• Familiarity with lifecycle workflows, commissioning documentation, and turnover requirements
• Experience using Oracle ERP, ACC, Palantir, or similar platforms for execution reporting
• Relevant experience in capital-intensive, construction, or real estate development environments
