Senior Project Manager Retail

Job Summary

To drive customer-facing commercialization efforts, the full-time salaried Senior Project Manager, Retail will manage supply chain assessments, accelerate product commercialization, and enhance customer trust while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a critical team member supporting the Sales Project Commercialization System to enhance project delivery and customer experience
• Provide subject matter expertise in Sales and Operations Planning processes to optimize inventory management and forecasting
• Proactively identify and lead cost savings opportunities through collaboration with internal stakeholders and manage crisis communications regarding supply disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, supply chain, project management, or customer service, preferably in the food service or retail foodservice industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM applications like Salesforce
• Demonstrated project management skills with a proactive and adaptable work ethic
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
