Job Summary
Leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure successful delivery of solutions and services in a fully remote client consulting environment, focusing on project planning, governance, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead detailed project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and milestone management
- Establish governance cadence with status reporting, RAID logs, and executive updates
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations
- 4+ years leading ServiceNow implementations in a client consulting environment
- Experience managing multi-workstream and multi-module implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
