Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Tech Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, oversee, and govern multiple concurrent client projects of high complexity and strategic importance
• Establish and implement best practices, frameworks, and governance models for program/project delivery
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning project delivery with business goals and managing escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementations or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
• 5+ years' experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder, or high complexity projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance operations across various workflows is preferred
