Senior Project Manager - Transmission

Job Summary

To support a growing energy practice, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Transmission will manage electric transmission routing and permitting projects, oversee environmental studies, and interface with clients and regulatory agencies in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee energy facility siting/routing, permitting, and environmental field surveys
• Prepare and direct siting and routing studies, NEPA documents, and manage project budgets and timelines
• Represent clients before regulatory agencies and coordinate public outreach efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental program; Master's degree preferred
• 10 to 15+ years of relevant work experience in electric transmission project development
• Experience with federal, state, and local regulations related to project routing and permitting
• Proven track record of managing both small and large-scale projects
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass a DMV check
