Senior Project Manager (WA/OR)

Job Summary

Managing large, complex projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager (WA/OR) will oversee project alignment with organizational strategy, mentor other project managers, and drive business process optimization while ensuring successful program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manages multiple large projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals
• Mentors project managers and supports the PMO by maintaining current tools and systems
• Identifies and mitigates risks across projects while leading cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results

Required qualifications

• High school diploma (GED equivalent)
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience in a financial or operations environment
• PMI-ACP certification
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders
