Senior Project Manager with Public Trust

Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale Federal Health IT program, the full-time Senior Project Manager with Public Trust will lead complex, cross-functional project activities in a remote environment, focusing on the modernization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the Indian Health Service (IHS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, complex projects and develop comprehensive project plans from concept through completion
• Manage and analyze complex project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring accurate integration of work and dependencies
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around project objectives and facilitate decision-making in a matrixed environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare, project management, or a related field
• 8+ years of project management experience in complex Health IT or large-scale IT implementation programs
• Expertise in developing and managing complex project schedules in Microsoft Project
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance as required by the program
