Senior Project Manager, Workfront

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Workfront.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pod/workstream delivery plan from discovery through go-live readiness, including scheduling and milestone tracking
• Build and manage detailed workplans, continuously re-planning as constraints change
• Maintain clear communication with agency stakeholders to align on delivery expectations and ensure readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading Adobe Workfront implementations or equivalent enterprise work management implementations
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Workfront configuration and integration dependencies
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and change control
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments in a global, distributed environment
