Senior Project Planner

Job Summary

Providing integrated project planning leadership for nuclear power projects, the full-time Senior Project Planner will develop planning frameworks, establish execution strategies, and ensure coherent management of scope, schedule, cost, and resources in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the project planning framework, including WBS and execution plan inputs
• Develop integrated plans that combine schedule, cost, resources, and risk into a single project baseline
• Lead planning workshops and produce integrated master plans and executive planning documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 10 years of project planning experience, with at least 5 years on nuclear or highly regulated megaprojects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced planning/reporting toolsets
• Strong knowledge of EVM, progress measurement methodologies, and ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines
• One or more relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AACE International PSP, PMI-SP, PMP)
