Senior Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Scheduler to manage and maintain detailed project schedules for material handling system projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using project management software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather task input and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Provide regular reporting on schedule health, variances, and forecasts to Project Management and Leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, project management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling, supply chain planning, or operations coordination
• 5-7 years of expertise in Microsoft Project
• Project Management or Scheduling Certification (PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
