Senior Project Scheduler
Job Summary
To support dynamic projects in the energy and utility sectors, the full-time Senior Project Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6, apply advanced scheduling techniques, and lead schedule governance while working remotely with monthly reporting to White Plains, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) integrating various project phases
- Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor schedule performance
- Generate executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate project status and forecasts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of scheduling experience, with at least 6 years on large utility projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of CPM and earned value analytics
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP
- Strong reporting and leadership skills
