Senior Project Scheduler
Job Summary
To support impactful projects in the energy and utility sectors, the full-time Senior Project Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6, apply project management methodologies, and generate executive-level reports while working remotely with monthly reporting to White Plains, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) integrating various project phases
- Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) for schedule performance monitoring
- Lead schedule governance processes, including change control and communication plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years of scheduling experience, with at least 6 years on large utility projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of CPM and earned value analytics
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP
- Strong reporting and leadership skills
