Senior Project Scheduler
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team in White Plains, NY, the full-time Senior Project Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6, apply scheduling methodologies to monitor performance, and lead schedule governance while working remotely with monthly in-person reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) integrating various project phases
- Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to control schedule performance
- Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans for project stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of scheduling experience, including 6+ years on large utility projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of CPM and earned value analytics
- Strong reporting skills and experience in QA/QC reviews of contractor submittals
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP
