Senior Project Scheduler
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Scheduler, this remote position will involve developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules in Primavera P6, applying project management techniques to monitor schedule performance, and generating executive-level reports, with monthly in-person reporting to White Plains, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) integrating various project phases
- Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) for schedule performance monitoring
- Lead schedule governance processes, including change control and communication plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years of scheduling experience, with 6+ years on large utility projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of CPM and earned value analytics
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP
- Strong reporting and leadership skills
