Senior Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Specialist to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery through coordination of the cross-functional project team
• Facilitate information collection regarding team deliverables and milestones while maintaining documentation
• Manage budgets related to vendor projects and assist in preparing Change Orders

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field plus 2+ years of clinical research experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred with a minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in clinical research or project management
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA guidance documents
• Working knowledge of drug/device development and clinical monitoring procedures
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite required
