Senior Prompt Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and strategy for prompt frameworks, the full-time remote Senior Prompt Designer II will define architecture, governance, and quality standards for AI-generated content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex prompt systems and establish end-to-end architecture, version control, and deployment playbooks
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to align prompt strategies with performance budgets and model selection
• Mentor the prompt management team and contribute to the development of structures, processes, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with AI/ML systems or software product engineering
• 4-5 years in prompt design or LLM product development with a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing features
• Mastery of advanced prompt design paradigms and hands-on experience with various LLM providers
• Experience designing and maintaining LLM evaluation pipelines and prompt versioning workflows
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and mentor AI content teams
