Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing technology, preferably in ecommerce or AI/ML
• Deep expertise in LLMs and prompt engineering with hands-on experience
• Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products
• Experience in defining standards and mentoring others in AI interaction design
• Strong analytical mindset with a user-centered approach to improving prompt effectiveness
