Senior Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer who can design and build the core prompt architecture behind AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs across core products
• Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for dynamic content
• Architect and implement evaluation frameworks to measure prompt performance and business impact

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience with RAG workflows and prompt engineering in real products
• Familiarity with vector databases or embedding stores
• Hands-on experience with evaluation or observability tooling
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript
• Understanding of web analytics and experience using analytics data to inform AI behavior
