Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Property Accountant to prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and post tenant receipts
• Prepare monthly property workpapers, journal entries, and financial statement reports
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and communicate findings to clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a property accountant with a commercial or residential management company
• Experience using MRI Software (PMX)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines
• High degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility
