Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting for assigned properties
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and analyze financial performance
• Collaborate with property management teams to manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and receivables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 5 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with MRI software is preferred
• Real estate experience is preferred
