Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to manage financial reporting and accounting activities for a national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes
• Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
• Oversee the accuracy and productivity of property management accounting activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, and MRI
• Third Party Management Experience
