Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and general ledger for accuracy and compliance
• Assist Property Management teams with annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations
• Interact with clients and provide financial performance analysis with limited direction

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of related accounting/reporting experience
• Bachelor's degree with accounting classes and work experience required
• Intermediate understanding of accounting principles
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Intermediate competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Yardi and/or MRI experience is a plus
