Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

Joining a fast-growing outsourced Client Accounting Services practice, the full-time Senior Property Accountant will manage accounting matters for various commercial, retail, and hospitality assets, preparing financial reports and maintaining records while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for assigned properties
• Maintain accounting records and monitor compliance with ownership and debt agreements
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and support the financial statement audit process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Three or more years of experience in commercial real estate or public accounting
• Development/Construction accounting background preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel
• Experience with MRI or Yardi preferred
