Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the East Coast Client Accounting team, the full-time remote Senior Property Accountant will manage monthly reporting, coordinate the integration of new properties, and oversee the accuracy of financial activities for a national portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes
• Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
• Ensure accuracy and productivity of all property management accounting activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is an asset
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, and MRI
• Third Party Management Experience
