Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead/Sr Property and Casualty Business Analyst - Duck Creek.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on business analysis for insurance platforms, focusing on Duck Creek
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive requirements from conception to implementation
• Oversee critical business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience
• At least 10 years of business analysis experience in property and casualty insurance
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and implementing P&C Commercial Lines products
• Knowledge of Policy Rating, Forms, User Administration, and batch processes
• Experience leading Business Analyst Teams
