Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Property Claims Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims promptly and fairly, managing indemnity and loss expenses
• Evaluate claims files for accurate reserving and maintain workload in accordance with performance standards
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to enhance customer experience and coordinate claims processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 or more years of experience in claim processing, ideally in Property Claims
• One professional designation or equivalent coursework preferred (e.g., AIC, CPCU, SCLA)
• Proficient in technology platforms utilized in claims processing
• Ability to make timely, definitive, and fact-driven decisions
