Senior Property Condition Assessor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Senior Property Condition Assessor will prepare and review complex Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to ASTM standards and client specifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Writes and reviews PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client protocols
• Interviews property stakeholders to gather information about property conditions
• Estimates costs to remedy deficiencies and provides technical direction to junior assessors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum three years of experience with Property Condition Assessments or related services
• General understanding of property systems including structural, site work, and MEP
• Preferred certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect
• Preferred certification as a US EPA AHERA inspector
