Senior Proposal Associate

Job Summary

Managing the development of RFI responses, the full-time Senior Proposal Associate will lead writing, coordination, and presentation efforts while working remotely across Mexico and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage robust responses to RFIs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in collaboration with Account Directors and SMEs
• Proofread, edit, and revise documents to maintain high standards of readability and relevance while meeting strict deadlines
• Act as a focal point for information gathering, collaborating with various sources to customize content for RFI submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Minimum two years of professional experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or related fields
• Experience drafting RFIs in a CRO environment or in pharma/biotech outsourcing preferred
• Strong project management and time management skills to ensure timely completion of RFIs
• Knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry and understanding of study design and project management
