Senior Proposal Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the proposal process remotely, the full-time Senior Proposal Associate will manage proposal text, budgets, and responses to RFIs/RFPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the proposal process, including proposal text and budgets
• Reviews RFIs/RFPs, identifies missing information, and follows up with stakeholders
• Prepares proposal documents in accordance with sponsor requirements with minimal supervision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment
• Experience supporting proposal development, RFIs, and RFPs
• Knowledge of clinical research, drug development, or healthcare services
• Experience with proposal management systems or tools
