Senior Proposal Consultant

Job Summary

Bringing federal acquisition fluency and proposal writing expertise, the full-time Senior Proposal Consultant will manage the development of winning healthcare proposals, collaborate with subject matter experts, and leverage AI tools to enhance proposal quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Interprets federal proposal instructions and evaluation criteria, advising on strategy and compliance
• Leads technical research and drafts technical volumes while collaborating with graphic designers to create compelling visuals
• Applies AI context engineering to assemble materials and produce high-quality narrative content for proposals

Required qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting federal proposals with leadership contributions on 25+ proposals
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and FAR Section L and M analysis
• Expertise in applying AI tools to proposal work, including research, drafting, and compliance checking
• Strong writing, editing, and visual thinking skills to convey complex concepts clearly
• Capacity to manage three to five concurrent proposal pursuits at various lifecycle stages
