Senior Proposal Consultant

Job Summary

Bringing expertise in federal acquisition and proposal development, the full-time Senior Proposal Consultant will engage with subject matter experts to create winning healthcare proposals, utilizing AI tools and graphic design to enhance technical volumes and align with evaluation criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Interprets Section L instructions and Section M evaluation criteria, advising on FAR and contract vehicle requirements
• Leads technical research and drafts the majority of the technical volume, collaborating closely with the Solution Lead and graphic designers
• Applies AI context engineering to optimize proposal content and manages compliance through to submission

Required qualifications

• Seven years of experience in federal proposals with significant contributions to 25+ proposals
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and FAR Section L and M analysis
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools for proposal work, including research and compliance checking
• Strong writing and visual thinking skills, capable of converting complex concepts into clear narratives and graphics
• Familiarity with federal health programs to effectively engage with health SMEs
