Senior Proposal Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal and Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple RFQ/RFP submissions, coordinating inputs and ensuring timely delivery
• Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings and develop win strategies in collaboration with pursuit teams
• Produce high-quality print and electronic documents, ensuring compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management within the AEC industry or professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign
• Understanding of the energy engineering/sustainability industry
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
