Job Summary
Leading the development of high-quality, compliant proposals, the full-time Senior Proposal Coordinator will manage proposal execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to support business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end proposal development by organizing teams, analyzing requirements, and managing document production
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to create compelling proposal content and articulate value propositions
- Conducts post-submission reviews to identify improvements in proposal quality and win rates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in proposal management or related roles, preferably in the energy efficiency or utility industry
- Demonstrated experience leading proposal efforts from strategy development through final submission
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat; and other proposal production tools
