Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Proposal Engineer to develop technical solutions for Industrial Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver documentation in response to customer requests, coordinating all aspects of the proposal
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and translate customer needs into detailed technical solutions and proposals
• Analyze, design, and develop viable end-to-end technical solutions with a focus on DCS, SCADA, and Process Safety Systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• In-depth technical knowledge of DCS, SCADA, and Safety Systems
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Expertise in the bid management process and best practices
