Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle proposal development from pre-RFP shaping to final submission and debrief analysis
• Drive content development and authorship, ensuring narratives align with evaluation priorities
• Coordinate production activities, maintain proposal templates, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive federal proposal development experience
• Demonstrated leadership of large, complex, multi-volume proposals
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and compliance expectations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for large-document formatting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Business, or related discipline
